Looking at the time sheets, it seems the gen II MARC car Australia Ford Mustang is ringing in Pace in the 2:06s at the Bathurst 12 hour.
That's Supercar pace! The car uses a 620hp V8 with paddleshifts and a spaceframe chassis to do what it does, but I wonder if MARC car chassis may provide to be something supercars could switch to in the future to keep costs down (I believe ~100K AUD, someone correct me if I'm gone)
