They don't seem to pull to the right after a few seconds have passed, but it's pretty irritating having them pull hard to the right upon every launch. I've tested multiple cars which all do this, from a small RWD pickup truck to an AWD hot hatch to a mid engine supercar, so it's not torque steer either.
I use an old xbox controller I got off amazon for like 10 bucks, I'm not encountering the problem in any other game like Forza or GTA 5.
