I have a 07 Mazdaspeed 6 that I just bought as a project. They said the motor was replaced with a brand new engine 20k ago, chassis has 180xxx. He said he put a turbo from BNR super cars, and he thinks wastegate is messed up. Feels sluggish and has like a 3 second delay when you shift that is has 0 power before it jerks into some power and continues going.. but still not running at full power. He said he replaced the turbo with a turbo from BNR supercars and then he said the wastegate went out. Not sure if that’s the real issue or if it could be computer/fuel related. Any help would be appreciated. It’s my first turbo car.
