i was involved in a car accident last week. Quite lucky to get out of it relatively unscathed, but did break my back in two places. Sounds worse than it it.

I was thr only one involved and hurt in the accident. It was in quite a high powered supercar.

I wasn't speeding, or driving recklessly. I believe I have aquaplained on a patch of water that was streaming across the road. I do have a picture of this to prove. In comments

The police wanted to question me at the hospital after the accident, and in my view, were trying to get me to admit fault. They were saying my tyres were bald. I dont belive they were. The car had 7000 miles on the clock. It hasnt been tracked or driven hard.

I wanted to check them myself, but by that time, the car had been released back to my insurance company. Accident was a Friday, the car had been picked up by Monday

I am still in a lot of pain, and wanted to postpone the interview the until next week, but they are not willing.

I think they are going to try and get me to admit something so they can ticket me, and if I don't then force me to go to court.

I'm not sure what I should do.
