Found a free SuperCar location here I’m not sure when you need to go here as I went after completing Panam’s storyline. It’s in the tunnel in a container just after where you first fight her ex... so enjoy!
Edit: I forgot to mention as soon as you get in the car it adds it’s to your garage.
