It came up in another post but the Game was a racing game for PS2 where you could customize your cars and test them before actually racing them. It was super hard to actually win a race and There was a lot to the game I never got to explore but I can not for the life of me remember the darn name.. It had a spyhunter looking car on the cover... almost like the New Ferraris but it was a white car with a part of it pixelated like it was a computer animation on the cover any help would be great!
