I've experimented with the many ways to earn money in the game; I would say the fastest, repeatable (and monotonous), way to do it is either:
- Mountain Pass Race (when you have the fastest supercar). Takes 30-40 seconds and earns 200 gold.
- Ski Race. Earns 150 gold and doesn't take that long.
While the Sturgeon and Goldfish net 125 and 100 gold respectively, the time it takes to get them is not worthwhile. I also wouldn't bother with the duck that asks for weird cooked food each day outside your home.
