Long story short: bought a 2019 Honda Civic Sport CVT (Metallic Steel I think the color is) and although I love the car and the payments for me are comfortable, I feel Honda really made this car as a budget Si, which is a love/hate relationship for me.
It’s a Honda, so of course I’m not looking for a supercar/muscle car performance on it, but for them to put Sport behind it just because of its looks was a bit of much lol.
All in all, I’m not truly satisfied with the performance and I don’t want to be in a position to trade the car in (negative equity will pretty much bite me in the ass) and get an Si. The reason I didn’t get it was because I never drove a manual before. I did test drive one and stalled pretty bad, but I did comfortable on the highway surprisingly.
I just want to see what type of styling/performance I could get out of this car. Everything is still except the side marker lights.
