lamboblogging

Don’t get me wrong. I think Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens etc. are awesome. Wicked performance, insane exotic looks, etc. What’s there not to like?

But I find it hilarious and cringeworthy when people discuss the new “insert ridiculously expensive exotic” and freak out about how great it is. They yell out the specs in amazement, and practically orgasm when discussing how beautiful the car looks.

But they always leave out the key detail: the car costs some insane, ridiculously high price that only a very wealthy person could afford to spend on a car.

A car that costs 300k is unbelievably, stupendously, mind-blowingly fantastic and virtually without flaws?

NO FUCKING SHIT. It costs three hundred thousand dollars. If it wasn’t the finest thing since sliced bread then I’d just view it as a laughing stock, an absolute joke.

I’m far more impressed by cars that offer a good value proposition.

An ultra-expensive exotic car should be nothing less than outstanding. It should be accepted as a given. So I don’t flip out over the newest baddest supercar that all these reviewers circle jerk over.

Who the hell would have thought a car that costs as much as a house is great?! /s
