Hi everyone! Just discovered this subreddit. Super cool.

I'm a young director who just got into the DGA. I've been shooting some large commercials lately, but I've never done a short film. I'm really itching to create a badass, super-polished 3-5 minute short film. I have all the equipment and people needed to make something REALLY polished... I'm just no good as a writer.

Here's a link to my work if you're curious to check it out. I'm looking for a short (less than 10 pages) script that really moves. I'm drawn to things with a "action/thriller" tone, but well-written dialogue is definitely the most important thing.

For what it's worth, I shoot a lot of automotive projects here in Los Angeles so I have access to lots of elite supercars and even private jets if needed. I don't want the script to rely on those props, but they're things I can easily source.
