Since Ningbo was designed for those rich people in china not die in their supercar crashes instead of racing, I made a attempt to fix it.
Changed T10/11 from double apex hairpin to single apex, made T12 faster, removed chicanes (T13~16), move the second hairpin northwards a bit, removed chicanes (T21~23)
