Taiwanese government officials destroyed Lamborghini Murciélago worth 300000 USDin front of a bunch cameras and people went viral.

The video was uploaded by Youtube channel J.T. Photography and caught the attention of the online community.

The video shows that the supercar was smashed to pieces by Taiwan authorities wielding a giant metal claw.

According to sources, Taiwanese government officials used a heavy duty industrial machine to destroy an illegally imported matte black Lamborghini Murcielago LP640.

The shocking video footage has angered the online netizens.

Many were in great surprise as the super-expensive supercar is ripped apart by a giant mechanical claw because it had a fake number plate.

According to a report by The Sun, the supercar was owned by a pilot and operated the supercar on public roads without proper registration in 2013, until it was stopped at a police checkpoint.

During the inspection, officers noticed the expensive car had a fake number plate. The authorities found out that the Murcielago was actually using plates from a Ford sedan

Despite the series of appeals, the owner has been unable to halt the destruction of the luxury car.

According to Taiwan traffic law, every part of the scrap automotive cannot be resold, so it has to be destroyed piece by piece!

The video showed that the expensive car was destroyed in the public, as Onlookers of all ages, including young children, piled round can be seen in the video watching the  Lamborghini Murciélago LP 640 worth 300000 USD being destroyed by government officials in Taiwan.

The incident serves as a message from the Taiwanese government to people trying to skirt the country's hefty vehicle import tax.

The video which was uploaded by Youtube channel J.T. Photography, now has thousands of views and has been shared by netizens who were not only shocked by the video but were also surprised to have encountered such a horrific incident.
