This Lamborghini-inspired speaker system is a must-have for supercar fans

Luxury car dealer H.R. Owen is displaying a £17,000 speaker system inspired by Lamborghini at its London showroom.

The iXoost Esavox set-up has been two years in the making and has a hexagonal design inspired by the Italian manufacturer's products, and features four original Lamborghini exhausts.

Much like its supercar counterparts, the speaker system has a carbon-fibre 'chassis' and shock absorbers inspired by those found in car suspensions. Despite its lightweight materials, the system weighs 53kg, which gives some idea of its size.

Its makers say that the 800W output is inspired by the fact that Lamborghini road cars are famed for their high power. Whether it's playing rock music or a classic symphony, you can be sure it'd give the company's famous V12 engine a run for its money in the sound stakes!

Due to the exclusive nature of H.R. Owen's stock, most visitors will not be able to get up close and personal with the speakers. However, they have been positioned in a way that allows them to be viewed through the window.

It'll be an impressive view, though, as the system is flanked by an Aventador SuperVeloce and Huracan LP 610-4.

Matteo Panini, iXoost founder, said: "Lamborghini cars are designed to thrill both the driver and those who see them. This is how I see Lamborghini's style, and we have tried to follow this concept in the design of Esavox."

The Esavox system will be on display at Lamborghini London from Tuesday 20 December until mid-January.
