Here in Australia we'd all be thrown in jail and our cars defected to hell and back. In fact 10 years ago the cops went so hard it almost killed the scene where I live. I feel like it'd be so easy for a cop to go undercover, film it all and send out fines at the end of the day? Doesn't work like that in the US?
